What this site collects

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third parties. The only information it collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, organization, email address, and message, plus a phone number and a referral name if you choose to provide them.

Why we collect it

We use contact form submissions for one purpose: responding to your enquiry about equipment placements and related services. We do not use this information for marketing lists, and we do not sell or share it with anyone outside GruMac Inc.

Where submissions go and how long we keep them

Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and emailed to our monitored inbox at shane@grumacinc.com. Web3Forms acts as a data processor: it receives what you type into the form, forwards it to us, and does not use it for any other purpose. It is the only third party that receives anything you send us. We keep submissions for as long as they are needed to handle your enquiry and our business records, and we delete them on request.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and collects no analytics. There is no tracking of any kind, which is why you saw no cookie banner.

Third-party links

The "Get directions" button on our contact page opens Google Maps in a new tab. Google’s own privacy policy applies once you are on Google’s site. Nothing from Google loads on this site itself. Links to Mountain Automotive and GW Fleet & Mobile open their own websites, each governed by its own policy.

Your rights and deletion requests

GruMac Inc. handles personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send any such request to shane@grumacinc.com or call 905 518 0891.
